The fastest way to find yourself in the bubbly holiday spirit is to go do a quick stay at the Greenbrier Hotel in Sulpur Springs, West Virginia. This hotel is located in the mountains in West Virginia and totally lives up to its reputation of over the top holiday décor and super service and hospitality. The property is breath taking!

The interior colors are very bold and bright. I felt like I was in Alice and Wonderland! Upon arrival you feel like you just arrived at the Whitehouse. They make sure from check in to check out that your desire is their command. The white gloves and top coat and hat is also a fabulous touch of elegance and class.

I highly recommend staying in the Windsor Club. This is a concierge level and the suites are well worth the little extra on you credit card. The Windsor Club itself is always fully supplied with all the little extra fluffy amenities that a girl like me loves!!! In there you will find they open quite early and remain open until that last sip of cognac is gone from the last guests crystal snifter. You can find everything from salmon lox to caviar and carved Virginia ham, not to mention a fine selection of bubbles and wine to some nicely aged scotches and cognacs.

I enjoyed the entire property, which is enormous! I hung out with a reindeer and his ice sleigh. I went to the incredible spa, went on a sleigh ride with horses. I made my way thru every restaurant and lounge in there of course tasting all the great champagne on my way. They even have a casino if you feel lucky!!

After leaving there is only one thing I can say “ Tis the season to be Fluffy!”
